## About the role

We're looking for a Principal Product Manager who thinks like an engineer, advocates for developers, and builds like a founder — to reshape Procore's development platform for the AI era.. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

## What they're looking for

- The opinion. You set the point of view. This is an organization ready for someone to say "this is how we build here" and then back it up with something engineers genuinely want to use
- 8+ years building infrastructure, platform, or developer tools at SaaS scale — with at least one platform you can point at and say "I built that, here's who used it and why."
- You've been an engineer, architect, SRE, or in DevRel. Close enough to the work that you could do it yourself
- Hands-on depth across the modern stack — Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, GitOps, secrets — and opinions about which layers deserve abstraction and which deserve exposure
- Real observability chops as part of that breadth: OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, metrics and logging pipelines, and the aggregators around them
- A track record of being opinionated in public — and the receipts. A path you chose, the people who pushed back, and what adoption looked like a year later
