## About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Finance Analyst - M&A Integration to join Procore’s Finance Transformation Team. In this role, you will serve as the primary engine for post-close value realization, ensuring acquired companies are seamlessly folded into the Procore ecosystem and deal theses are converted into tangible operational and financial results.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to synthesize complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated project management discipline with the organizational ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and drive cross-functional accountability without formal authority
- Outstanding cross-functional communication skills with the ability to translate complex details between technical, financial, and executive stakeholders
- High adaptability and proactive initiative to navigate ambiguous environments, manage trade-offs, and solve complex business problems
