## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience in quality engineering or QA for hardware, mobile, or autonomous/robotics products
- Hands-on experience testing mobile applications (Android/iOS) using frameworks such as Appium, Espresso, or Detox
- Proven ability to write code or scripts (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar) to build test automation and streamline manual testing processes
- FAA Part 107 Certificate (or the ability to obtain certification upon hire)
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools for test setup, defect analysis, log triage, or code-level bug evaluation
- Practical experience managing test suites via platforms like Qase and defect tracking systems like Jira
