## About the role

AI is central to how we work. You’ll be expected to master generative tools and agentic workflows, moving beyond just using AI to actively building the agentic future of construction. Design and build robust backend solutions using Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Java, or Typescript within a microservices architecture.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of experience in software engineering fundamentals, including Test Driven Development (TDD) and design concepts
- Proficiency in backend development using Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Java, or similar languages. Experience with Ruby on Rails, a plus
- Proven track record of working with software, platforms, and infrastructure at scale, managing thousands of hosts and millions of users
- Experience building modern Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) systems in a large-scale environment
