## About the role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join Procore’s Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll manage internal and external resources to ensure professional services engagements are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget. The primary goal of this role is to help clients onboard, adopt, and grow with Procore while delivering exceptional value and ensuring high client satisfaction.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience managing or supporting large-scale professional services delivery
- Proven track record of successfully leading multiple (20+) concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in creating and managing Gantt project schedules, documenting business outcomes, resource forecasting, and maintaining RAID logs
- Experience managing complex projects across web and mobile applications for document management, project management, or similar platforms
- Proven success managing professional services projects valued at $100K+ while effectively controlling scope and margin
- Strong familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid SaaS project management methodologies
