## About the role

Craft the strategy and drive execution for one of Profound's core product areas: Answer Engine Insights, Agent Analytics, and Prompt Volumes; the agent platform including background agents, the agent builder, and projects; or vertical solutions across Shopping, Ads, self-serve, and agency workflows

## What they're looking for

- 5 or more years of experience building excellent software products, ideally in a startup or fast-moving company
- Domain expertise in one or more of: AI agent systems, LLMs, or prompt engineering, marketing analytics, data products, or BI tools, or ads, ecommerce, retail, agency workflows, or self-serve B2B SaaS
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity, create clarity, and push teams to ship product and drive impact
- Strong product fundamentals with a spike in one or more of data, AI/ML systems, development, design, or enterprise go-to-market
- Willing to roll up your sleeves to help the team execute, whether that means creating prototypes, writing SQL, evaluating model outputs, building dashboards, creating content, or responding to support tickets
- You play on offense, creating and running toward opportunities and injecting energy into teams
