## About the role

Own full-cycle recruiting across any function we prioritize, including engineering, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and the net-new roles that emerge as we grow Flex between requisitions and reprioritize quickly as company needs shift, partnering with our GTM and Technical recruiters to absorb overflow and take point on net-new or unconventional searches

## What they're looking for

- A versatile, full-cycle recruiter who has hired across multiple functions and is energized by variety rather than a single specialty
- Comfortable with ambiguity: you can pick up an unfamiliar role, get smart fast, and build a sourcing plan from scratch
- High-agency and adaptable, able to reprioritize on a dime as the business changes underneath you
- A creative sourcer with a real network and the persistence to build one where it doesn't exist
- Data- and process-minded, tracking time to fill and source yield and knowing how to unblock bottlenecks
- A track record at fast-growing startups, ideally familiar with the NYC ecosystem
