## About the role

Develop and execute tech-touch strategies in partnership with the Scale team to ensure hundreds of SMB customers are realizing value from the Profound platform Own the full customer journey through automation and scaled strategies, from onboarding and implementation to driving measurable business outcomes

## What they're looking for

- 2 or more years of experience working with scale, tech-touch, or SMB customers in a customer success capacity, or experience as a growth-oriented product manager
- Ability to own processes end to end with strong systems thinking and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations and demonstrations effectively
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for building strong customer relationships
