## About the role

Prolific for AI takes on a wide and fast-moving range of customer projects across our biggest AI accounts. Every project has its own requirements, systems, and stakeholders – and right now, that complexity lives in people's heads rather than on paper. We're looking for a Business Analyst / Product Operations Manager to fix that.

## What they're looking for

- Own the internal customer request intake process – defining and running how the product team becomes aware of, understands, and triages incoming requests from across Prolific for AI's customer projects
- Map the process flow for each customer project you support, getting into the detail of project requirements and systems
- Produce clear, high-quality visual documentation of all kinds that make complicated data and processes easy for others to understand at a glance
- Map and pattern-match across our pilot projects, surfacing what's common, what's diverging, and what should be templated or automated
- Build out automations, connectors, and lightweight tooling that remove manual work from recurring processes
- Work directly with the client-facing and product teams supporting our biggest AI accounts, translating messy, in-flight project detail into structure the team can act on
