## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or an adjacent field of study
- 0–2 years of full-time work experience. At a minimum, candidates must demonstrate relevant skills gained through undergraduate internships and/or volunteer opportunities in Business, Real Estate, or Finance
