## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience in real estate investment, finance, development, or private equity
- Ability to apply real estate finance, equity capitalization structures, and valuation concepts, including NPV, IRR, and cap rates, in investment analysis
- Experience reviewing and preparing real estate documents, including LOIs, offering memorandums, leases, market reports, and RFPs
- Financial modeling proficiency in Argus and Excel
- Ability to communicate investment analysis and recommendations clearly in written materials, presentations, and stakeholder discussions
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail
