## About the role

We are hiring an Account Manager to own the post-contract relationship for our Creditors' Rights accounts. You take the handoff from the sales team at contract signing and own everything from there: onboarding, ramp, retention, and growth. New logos are assigned to you throughout the year as they close.

## What they're looking for

- Strong organizational discipline. You manage a multi-account book without dropping things, keep your notes and CRM current, and close every open item
- Clear, direct communication skills. You can write a straightforward status update to a Managing Partner and a clear internal escalation to an ops team in the same afternoon
- Proactive mindset. You surface problems before they become crises. You do not wait for a client to bring you something you should have caught
- Comfort with operational complexity. This is not a role where the product does everything cleanly. You will regularly manage billing exceptions, filing delays, alt-service disputes, and e-filing issues
- Ability to learn new legal and regulatory frameworks quickly. You do not need to be an expert on day one, but you need to get there fast
