## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience as an engineering manager, with demonstrated success leading product, full-stack, or AI/ML engineering teams
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience building complex software systems, ideally in security, enterprise SaaS, or AI-powered products
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams, including hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
- Deep understanding of modern software development practices including agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and continuous delivery
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with AI tooling and enabling a team to effectively follow an AI-native software development lifecycle
