Develop a concrete roadmap for how AI can improve product decisioning, personalization, and customer communication across the core platform. - Deep customer empathy, with financial services fluency. You understand how consumers think about debt, credit, and financial decisions. You've worked in fintech or have done the work to deeply understand it
- Exceptional communicator. Your PRDs get read. Your stakeholder updates move things forward. You adapt your style across engineering, design, legal, marketing, and the C-suite
- High ownership, low ego. You don't wait to be asked. You close loops. You make the hard call and own it — including when you're wrong
- 6+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated success on consumer-facing products
- At least 2 years in fintech, lending, credit, or a closely adjacent domain
- Proven track record shipping AI/ML-powered features at scale
