## About the role

This role owns Protex AI's inbound pipeline. You'll continue to build the demand generation engine that brings enterprise buyers to us at scale, from strategy through to execution. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Growth, you'll have real ownership, a clear mandate, and the expectation that you'll push beyond the standard playbook to find what actually works.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a closely related field. Ideally in B2B SaaS and enterprise tech
- Proven track record building and scaling inbound pipeline programmes, with demonstrable impact on ICP pipeline generation, MQL quality, and conversion
- Hands-on across ABM, paid media, events, email nurture, and content-driven inbound, with the ability to lead a team without losing touch with the work
- Strong analytical mindset, you are comfortable in HubSpot or equivalent CRM, understand attribution, and let data guide decisions
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with Sales. You understand the full funnel and what it takes to turn leads into revenue
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball
