## About the role

We are looking for a sharp, highly organized, and proactive Product Operations Manager to serve as a right-hand operational partner to our Chief Product Officer. In this role, you will help amplify the CPO’s reach, streamline product organization processes, and drive strategic cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: previous experience in product operations, product management, management consulting, strategy, or program management in an executive facing capacity
- Executive Presence: Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to represent CPO perspectives, facilitate meetings with senior leaders, and drive consensus
- Analytical & Metric-Minded: Comfortable working with data, setting up basic tracking systems, and pulling actionable insights from product analytics/KPIs
- AI Savvy: Comfortable using various AI tools to create content, design processes, build tools and automate recurring tasks
- Storytelling & Presentation: Outstanding written and visual communication skills, with a track record of translating complex strategy into clear, visually engaging slide decks
- Project Management Mastery: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
