## About the role

We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to build and run full-cycle hiring across Prudentia, reporting directly to the Head of People. This is a company-wide mandate: you'll lead searches spanning engineering, product and design, data science, and go-to-market and operations roles, all while acting as a strategic partner to the hiring managers and executives you support.

## What they're looking for

- Own every candidate's experience of Prudentia, from first outreach to offer, ensuring it reflects our culture and values
- Help tell Prudentia's story to prospective hires in a competitive market for technical talent
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring technical talent (AI, engineering, data, or product roles)
- Experience recruiting at a high-growth startup, ideally where you built or significantly improved the hiring process rather than just running an existing one
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of searches across multiple functions simultaneously without dropping quality or speed
- Strong sourcing skills, including direct outreach to passive candidates, and comfort using recruiting and ATS tools to run a data-driven process
