## About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer‑focused Renewals Specialist to manage the full renewal lifecycle for our subscription customers. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure timely, accurate, and seamless renewals. You will play a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction, identifying strategic opportunities, and supporting revenue retention across your assigned accounts.
