## About the role

Pursuit is hiring an AI Learning Experience Lead to keep sharpening the learning experience across our AI-native programs — refining the curriculum, experience, and community that our facilitators deliver, as new technologies, market feedback, and learning outcomes point the way.

## What they're looking for

- 5-10 years in product management, learning & development systems, or workforce enablement
- Experience designing transformational in-person experiences that use structure and community to drive outcomes
- Familiarity with AI tools for learning and experience building workflows and prototypes using AI
