## About the role

Pylon is building a software-driven closing and funding platform. The goal is not to reproduce the traditional mortgage closing department with better tooling. It is to make the path from clear-to-close through documents, settlement, and funding increasingly deterministic and automated.

## What they're looking for

- Significant mortgage closing and/or funding leadership experience
- Experience operating at 250 to 300+ loans per month, ideally substantially more
- Strong preference for wholesale lending experience
- Deep understanding of closing operations, documents, settlement, and funding workflows
- Demonstrated ability to improve process, quality, or throughput
- Comfortable making domain knowledge explicit enough for technical teams to encode
