## What they're looking for

- Define and execute product strategy and long-term vision for Q2's developer platform — APIs, SDKs, Q2 Code, developer portal, sandboxes, marketplace, Tecton (our design system), and FDX/open banking connectivity
- Build, lead, and develop a team of product managers — owning hiring, org design, and performance for the function
- Set prioritization and pace for platform investment, ensuring the team's execution — working with engineering and scrum teams in an Agile environment — stays aligned to strategy and business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across engineering, design, legal, risk, compliance, and go-to-market to deliver platform initiatives
- Ensure adherence to security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy standards across developer-facing products and data connectivity
- Own budget, resourcing, and investment decisions for the developer platform function
