## About the role

Qnity Electronics is seeking an experienced Area Shipping Supervisor to lead daily shipping, receiving, packaging, and warehouse operations at our Tralee Park Annex facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials and finished goods while driving operational excellence across shipping and logistics processes.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree required in Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution operations
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience managing employees in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Experience working with SAP, WMS, or similar inventory and shipping management systems
- Working knowledge of warehouse safety, quality, inventory control, and operational standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
