## About the role

Lead continuous improvement initiatives for process control programs in pad Collaborate with process and technical teams to identify best practices and adopt the most effective control technologies.

## What they're looking for

- 7 years above semiconductor or panel industry experience is prefer
- Good English communication capability
- Master degree major for Engineering. (Prefer electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering)
- Familiar with AB PLC or Siemens PLC is preferred
- Robot (UR, AB, or KUKA) tunning experience is plus
- Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to diagnose, troubleshoot, solve or help others solve equipment and/or process program issues
