## About the role

The Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance and Reliability Engineer is the site’s technical authority for electrical systems, responsible for improving reliability, ensuring safety compliance, and leading modernization of aging infrastructure across the Newark facility. This role owns electrical standards and E&I maintenance strategies while supporting day-to-day operations.

## What they're looking for

- - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, or a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Delaware in lieu of a degree
- - 5+ years of industrial experience in electrical engineering, maintenance, or reliability
- - Knowledge of power distribution systems and electrical and instrumentation troubleshooting
- - Familiarity with CMMS systems (SAP and MaintainX)
- - PE Licensed in Delaware
- - Experience with aging infrastructure replacement and modernization
