This individual will serve as the primary leadership presence during assigned shifts, providing 24/7 operational oversight across manufacturing and maintenance operations. This highly visible role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable execution of production activities while maximizing workforce effectiveness, equipment uptime, and operational performance.
