## About the role

Lead the establishment, operation, and continuous development of the HDM Taiwan R&D Formulation Laboratory. Drive formulation research, product development, and technical innovation in Polymeric Dielectric Coating Materials to support business growth and commercialization.

## What they're looking for

- Master’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electronic materials, semiconductor materials, specialty chemicals, polymeric dielectric coating materials, or related industries
- Proven experience in formulation development, product development, technology development, and Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Strong hands-on experience in laboratory operations, material characterization, analytical testing, prototyping, and troubleshooting
- Demonstrated success in leading technical projects, managing cross-functional teams, and developing technical talent
- Experience in laboratory setup, technology transfer, capability development, or commercialization of new technologies is preferred
