## About the role

Develop advanced chemical solutions to meet customer technical requirements in semiconductor cleaning and treatment applications. Collaborate closely with customers, including R&D and manufacturing organizations within global semiconductor fabs, to understand challenges and develop innovative solutions.

## What they're looking for

- Ph.D. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or a related discipline, alternatively, a Master's degree with significant relevant research experience
- Minimum 3 years of research and development experience
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle, including idea generation, proof of concept, product development, validation, commercialization, and continuous improvement
- Strong project management, communication, and teamwork skills
- Fluent English communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts and results independently to global customers and internal stakeholders
