## About the role

Qnity is seeking an experienced Inspection Supervisor to lead inspection operations supporting our Kalrez® manufacturing busines s at our Tralee Park facility in Newark, Delaware. Kalrez® parts are trusted in the world's most demanding semiconductor, electronics, chemical processing, and industrial applications where quality, reliability, and performance are critical.

## What they're looking for

- Experience in chemical manufacturing, specialty materials, semiconductor, electronics, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, or other continuous improvement tools
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Previous responsibility for staffing, employee development, and performance management
