- 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, business analysis, production analytics, finance, supply chain, or a related analytical role
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and operational performance management
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, key performance indicators, and operational drivers
