## About the role

• Site execution: Lead the execution of Qnity’s OT cybersecurity program at all manufacturing sites. • Project compliance: Validate that project execution is compliant from a cybersecurity standpoint, serving as the cybersecurity reviewer for automation and capital projects.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of OT/PCN network architecture, segmentation, and the Purdue model for industrial control systems
- Experience supporting manufacturing, process industry, chemical, energy, life sciences, or similar industrial environments
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing OT cybersecurity tools, including secure remote access, asset/inventory management, backup and recovery, and endpoint detection and response (EDR)
