## About the role

Product Development: Work closely with R&D and production teams to implement new formulation, new processes into manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth transition and adherence to timelines. Process development: Lead the development and optimization of new product processes, including formulation, curing techniques and slitting, to meet product specifications and quality requirements.

## What they're looking for

- Master degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing or process engineering, with specific expertise in dry film or FCCL technology preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to filtration, web handling, coating and slitting process
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods for process optimization
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present technical information clearly and concisely
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
