- Design and optimize Fe-based soft magnetics, amorphous, and nanocrystalline alloy powders for high‑frequency inductors
- Engineer surface treatments to develop organic and inorganic coating chemistries to improve the materials performance
- Engineer particle size distribution, morphology, and microstructure to meet electrical and thermal performance targets
- Conduct alloying, doping, and compounding studies to tune permeability, coercivity, losses and saturation flux density
- Perform magnetic characterization (VSM, B‑H loops, AC loss) and correlate results with component performance
- Collaborate with electrical design teams to co‑optimize materials with the desired component architectures
