## About the role

The candidate will be responsible for new pad development and application support for customers. In his/her role the applicant will have the primary function of developing and transferring the product and process application knowledge to the customers and the local technical teams. The candidate will interface closely with marketing, technical community in charge of developing the products, and the local technical community in charge of long-term support of the product. ## What they're looking for

- Three years semiconductor experience or relevant process development/customer engagement experience
- Minimum B.S. in Chem, Chem E, Mech E, Materials Science/Engr or related engineering degree
- Experience with CMP, advanced packaging, and/or semiconductor fabrication preferred
- DOE, statistical data analysis and technical reporting
- Knowledge of all pertinent semiconductor fabrication metrology and procedures
- Effective communication/interpersonal skills
