- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, manufacturing, R&D, laboratory operations, or related fields
- Experience leading or participating in continuous improvement projects with measurable business results
- Experience working in technical, laboratory, manufacturing, or product development environments is preferred
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
