## About the role

The AI Transformation Leader will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering value to our healthcare clients. This individual will be responsible for overseeing client engagements, ensuring successful project execution, identifying high-potential AI use cases, driving product discovery and developing product requirements together with the product team, and maintaining strong client relationships.

## What they're looking for

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, STEM, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in consulting, client engagement, and/or product management
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering complex projects
- Experience with data integration processes and understanding of various client data environments
- Experience working with AI technologies or healthcare IT solutions is highly desirable
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
