## About the role

Every deal Qualified Health signs sits at the intersection of health systems, pharmaceutical sponsors, patients, and evolving regulation, and the legal judgment behind those deals shapes what the company can build next. As Qualified Health's first full-time in-house Commercial Counsel, you will own the day-to-day legal work across our book of business.

## What they're looking for

- JD and active bar membership
- 7+ years of experience in a healthcare or life sciences legal role, including meaningful in-house experience at a company of similar stage
- Experience negotiating enterprise contracts, including IP ownership, data use, and liability terms, with health systems, pharmaceutical companies, or comparable regulated counterparties
- Experience navigating Anti-Kickback Statute, fair market value, and data governance questions in a healthcare or life sciences context, including tracking compliance obligations across a portfolio of contracts
- Experience coordinating multiple outside counsel relationships
- Experience building legal infrastructure from scratch in a fast-moving startup
