## About the role

As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing the infrastructure for Quantifind’s systems. Our stack includes fleet management in an IT fashion, fleet management in a Datacenter fashion, back-end services and infrastructure, machine learning modules surfaced through REST APIs, and React-based front-end web applications. As a member of our DevOps Team, you will have a big impact on how we build, automate, and scale our technology and processes.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of professional industry experience, in addition to your academic experience
- Strong professional development experience using Python or Go
- Experienced in Linux administration with a preference for Ubuntu package management
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for application development and deployment
- Experience with network, host and application security practices both on prem and in the Cloud
- Strong experience with modern (on-prem/cloud) fleet management tools
