## About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused Recruitment & HR Coordinator to join our team onsite at our Rockville, Maryland headquarters. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and can manage multiple priorities with impeccable attention to detail. You’ll support recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations while also helping create a welcoming experience for candidates and new employees onsite.

## What they're looking for

- Own interview scheduling and logistics across multiple stakeholders and time zones using Microsoft Outlook
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely and professional communication
- Maintain candidate records, interview feedback, pipeline status, and hiring workflows within Greenhouse and other tools
- Support job posting creation and management across recruiting platforms
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate approvals, signatures, background screenings, reference checks, and other pre-employment activities
- Conduct professional reference checks and maintain appropriate documentation
