## About the role

Design and release mechanical hardware, including enclosures, mounts, brackets, interfaces, and installation solutions. Design for sealing, corrosion resistance, vibration, serviceability, manufacturability, and assembly quality.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience designing mechanical hardware for marine electronics, outdoor electronics, or electromechanical systems in harsh environments
- Strong CAD proficiency, preferably in Onshape, with the ability to create production-ready parts and assemblies
- Experience designing for manufacturing, assembly, reliability, and field service
- Working knowledge of electromechanical integration, including enclosures, cable routing, connectors, and hardware interfaces
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with remote teams, vendors, and manufacturing partners
