## About the role

QuEra Computing is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a fast-growing startup and help build the next generation of quantum computer management systems. In this role, you’ll contribute to our controls infrastructure and calibration services and help shape how we operationalize Quantum Computers. The role offers immediate ownership of mission-critical code, daily collaboration with physicists, hardware engineers, and senior developers.

- 5–10 years of professional software development experience

- Extensive experience with C++ and Python
- Strong sense of algorithmic efficiency and system scalability
