Quest Defense Systems and Solutions is seeking an experienced Aerospace Software Verification Engineer to join our team in performing software design review and software verification for a Level A certified aircraft engine control system. ## What they're looking for

- Solid understanding of fundamental software concepts, including data types, control structures, conditional execution paths, and modular design
- Experience interpreting and working with software logic diagrams, flowcharts, or model-based design representations
- Proven hands-on experience in software verification activities, such as testing, reviews, or analysis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically in accordance with strict processes
- Knowledge of DO-178C (or DO-178B) Level A certification processes, particularly as applied to aircraft engine control systems or FADEC (Full Authority Digital Engine Control)
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks/tools in embedded or safety-critical environments
