- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM discipline
- 6+ years of experience developing or verifying embedded software in aerospace, defense, or another safety-critical industry
- Experience with DO-178C software development or verification
- Experience with Verification & Validation (V&V), software integration testing, and hardware/software integration
- Experience developing or testing software running on a Real-Time Operating System (RTOS)
- Experience programming in C and Python
