## About the role

Quindar is looking for a Chief of Staff to increase the effectiveness and leverage of the CEO as the company scales. This role is 12 – 24 months where you will then have the opportunity to become a key lead in the company. Future founders are also encouraged to apply. The Chief of Staff will help drive the CEO’s highest-priority initiatives, prepare for critical internal and external engagements, run the CEO-facing leadership cadence, and take ownership of high-priority special projects.
