## About the role

This role owns Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, employee onboarding/offboarding, endpoint management, office IT, enterprise software administration, remote employee support, and execution of CUI hardening requirements. It does not own classified or SCIF networks but will work closely with IT Engineering and Cybersecurity.

## What they're looking for

- Organized and assertive leader who will mentor and grow a team
- Experience leading corporate IT in a growing technology, aerospace, defense, government contracting, or similarly complex organization
- Strong background in Tier 1/2 support, endpoint management, identity and access, enterprise software administration, and office IT
- Proven ability to manage people, projects, vendors, and competing priorities while remaining technically hands-on
- Strong customer-service mindset with high standards for communication, ownership, and follow through
- Experience with CUI, NIST SP 800-171, or CMMC is preferred
