## About the role

Quindar is looking for a Vice President of Finance to build and lead the financial team as the company enters its next stage of growth. This person will own financial planning, reporting, budgeting, audit readiness, and capital planning while giving the leadership team a clear view of company performance and the financial implications of key decisions.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including meaningful leadership responsibility in a high growth company
- Experience owning FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and company wide financial models
- Demonstrated experience leading annual financial audits and working directly with external audit firms
- Experience supporting institutional fundraising, Board reporting, and investor diligence
- Experience with debt financing, credit facilities, venture debt, or other lender backed financing
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and the relationship between accounting, FP&A, and operational decision making
