## About the role

This is the technical lead focusing on Qumulo's federal accounts. You'll partner with Sales and customers across the full cycle, from discovery through proof-of-concept, designing storage architectures that meet mission requirements across civilian, defense, and intelligence environments.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, or SE Leader) at a software or technology company, with experience supporting federal customers in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting
- Track record leading complex pre-sales engagements end to end in federal environments, with results you can point to
- Ability to translate mission needs and technical requirements into practical solution designs
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills across technical and executive audiences
- Ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams as a senior individual contributor
- Experience supporting civilian, DoD, or intelligence community customers
