Own the technical relationship on MEGS opportunities, from discovery and demos through POCs and architecture sign-off Partner with account teams to qualify deals and shape technical strategies for performance-intensive workloads like VFX rendering, editorial finishing, and live broadcast

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Media Solutions Engineer) at a software, storage, or tech company, including 4+ years focused on media and entertainment
- Track record leading complex pre-sales engagements end to end, with results you can point to
- Working knowledge of the tools customers use day to day: editorial (Avid, Premiere), VFX (Nuke, After Effects, Flame), 3D and rendering (Maya, Cinema 4D), color (DaVinci Resolve), or sports broadcast platforms
- Strong grounding in unstructured data storage for media: file system performance, metadata, collaborative access, and high-throughput I/O, including NFS, SMB, and object
- Comfort engaging creative, technical, and executive audiences in the same room
- Background in episodic TV, film, advertising, sports broadcast, gaming, or streaming production
