## About the role

We’re looking for an experienced forward-deployed Staff Forward Deployed Engineer, Technology Lead to join our AI Platform Partnership team. In this role, you will lead a five-person team forward-deployed to a client site. In this role, you’ll apply problem solving ability, creativity, and technical skills to drive AI-powered operational transformations at health systems.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience and proven track record in product management or solution architect roles
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
- Hands-on experience with with agentic design and prompt engineering + architecture
- Strong coder with demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar
- A go-to expert on emerging LLM technologies
- High customer empathy and passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems
