## About the role

The HR Business Partner will partner closely with leaders across the organization, with a focus on Commercial, Customer, and Corporate Operations to scale our people programs, improve performance management, and drive talent development. You’ll help strengthen leadership capability, solve complex people challenges, and ensure our teams are supported with the programs and tools they need to do their best work.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of People Partner / HR Business Partner experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments (tech or product-led preferred)
- You have strong experience advising and coaching managers, comfortable owning operational partnership
- You have experience supporting commercial, customer, corporate operations, or similarly varied client groups
- You have deep knowledge of performance management, org design fundamentals, compensation alignment, and employee relations
- You have experience using HR metrics and data to drive recommendations
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
