## About the role

Radar is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead product design across our location platform. You’ll own the design of the dashboard and product experiences that developers and technical teams rely on, from geofencing and maps to fraud prevention and location intelligence.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of product design experience at a product-driven technology company
- Strong UI, UX, and visual design craft, with excellent product instincts and attention to detail
- Highly proficient in Figma and experienced with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI tools for prototyping and design
- Strong product thinker who can turn complex technical, customer, and business needs into simple, thoughtful experiences
- Comfortable owning the design process end-to-end, from early concepts and user flows through polished, production-ready designs
- Excellent communicator who can articulate design decisions, seek feedback, and influence cross-functional teams
